Composter
A single person in Malaysia today produces an average of 800g of rubbish in a day. Out of that amount, one third of the waste comes from the kitchen. These wastes such as skins of fruits are leftovers which cannot be processed like other rubbish because they rot, smell and cause seepage easily. Therefore, if they can be made into organic fertiliser by way of composting, we would be able to recycle organic materials and achieve effective waste reduction.
